We are registered in England and Wales under company number 04619918 and have our registered office at Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Our VAT number is GB 834-3557-21.

We are a limited company. Our site is only intended for use by businesses.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Our site is only for users in the United Kingdom

Unless otherwise stated, our site is only available within the United Kingdom, or in relation to postings from the United Kingdom.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through our site. Redistribution or republication of any part of our site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without our express written consent.

Account holders

If you are a customer who purchases subscription services from our site, our Subscription Service Terms and Conditions will govern the way in which you may use these services and process any personal data we provide to you.

If you are a procurement officer, coded government officer or local authority (“Public Sector User”), once you have signed up as a public sector account holder, you will be given access to the search SME portal and the UK Tender Library and your use of these services will be governed by these terms.

For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulations ((EU) 2016/679) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (“Data Protection Legislation”) we are the data controller of any customer personal data and the procurement officer or local authority is the data processor of the customer personal data.

Public Sector Users may process personal data to identify businesses which match their requirements in a defined area, to meet their lower carbon requirements and to search for businesses who may be interested in tendering and subcontracting opportunities (“Nature and Purpose of Processing”). The subject matter and duration of the processing are set out in these terms (“Subject Matter and Duration of Processing”). The types of personal data includes names, postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers (“Types of Personal Data”) relating to customers who purchase subscription services from our site (“Categories of Data Subjects”).

Public Sector Users shall, in relation to any personal data processed:

  • process that personal data only on our written instructions;
  • keep the personal data confidential;
  • comply with our reasonable instructions with respect to processing the personal data;
  • not transfer any personal data outside of the European Economic Area without our prior written consent;
  • assist us in responding to any data subject access request and to ensure compliance with our obligations under the Data Protection Legislation with respect to security, breach notifications, privacy impact assessments and consultations with supervisory authorities or regulators;
  • notify us without undue delay on becoming aware of a personal data breach or communication which relates to our or your compliance with the Data Protection Legislation;
  • at our written request, delete or return personal data and any copies on termination unless required by the Data Protection Legislation to store the personal data;
  • maintain complete and accurate records and information to demonstrate compliance with this clause and allow for audits by us.

Public Sector Users shall ensure that they have in place appropriate technical or organisational measures to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing of the personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, the personal data, appropriate to the harm that might result from the unauthorised or unlawful processing or accidental loss, destruction or damage and the nature of the data to be protected, having regard to the state of technological development and the cost of implementing any measures.

We do not consent to Public Sector Users appointing any third party processor of personal data under these terms.

You must keep your account details safe

If you choose, or you are provided with a password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your password, you must promptly notify us.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

You may not create a link to any page of our site without our prior written consent. If you do create a link to a page of our site you do so at your own risk and the exclusions and limitations set out above will apply to your use of our site by linking to it.

We do not monitor or review the content of other third party websites which are linked to from our site. Opinions expressed or material appearing on such websites are not necessarily shared or endorsed by us and we should not be regarded as the publisher of such opinions or material.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms their subject matter and their formation. By accessing our site you agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
